Whether you are a school leaver, already working in the hotel industry or looking to make a career change, this course will develop your skills and enhance your career prospects in a dynamic, global industry.
Delivered at The Hotel School, through our unique partnership with Mulpha Australia and Southern Cross University. This course covers theory and practices within the industry, finance, management and communication as well as food, beverage and accommodation operations.

- Qualification equivalent to an Australian Year 12 with the required entry grade, or relevant work experience
- English language proficiency comparable to Academic IELTS 5.5 with no band less than 5.5.

*Tuition fees are in Australian dollars, are correct as of June 2019, and are subject to change. Annual tuition fee is based on completing 8 units per year. International Students are required to pay Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of their visa in advance. In addition, students will be charged an annual Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF), and students may also be required to incur an indicative non-tuition fees of $1,500 to cover textbooks, stationery, internships or placements.
